Cara Stawicki is a World Champion rower and ICF-Certified Coach with more than 20 years of competitive rowing experience. She has competed in multiple World Rowing Championships and earned national team selections, giving her firsthand insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level.
Today, as a performance coach and founder of Be Brave High Performance, she brings that expertise to high-striving athletes and leaders who know the power of purpose, commitment, and continuous learning.
Known for a heart-centered and action-oriented style, Cara tailors mindset, leadership, and mental skills development to individual goals, enabling confidence and personal fulfillment in both high-pressure moments and everyday settings.
Her approach blends evidence-based coaching techniques with deep athletic insight, helping clients overcome self-doubt, sharpen focus, and sustain motivation.
Cara has completed advanced PCC level coach training and holds a Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance. She believes that anyone can achieve what’s deepest in their heart with the right combination of clarity, courage, and support.
