This group coaching program is for individuals who know the power of purpose, commitment, and continuous learning—who are ready to translate training into performance, and build confidence that lasts beyond race day.

Program Snapshot

  • Format: 7 × 75-minute small-group coaching sessions via Zoom
  • Pre-work: Participant Intake Worksheet to clarify focus and begin the process of reflection and growth 
  • Between sessions: Customized deep dives to enhance performance development and personal growth
  • Ongoing support via WhatsApp
  • Athlete-driven: Sessions may evolve based on group input
  • Collaboration and community with a like-minded tribe (limited to 10 participants)

What We'll Work on Together

Session 1: Core Values and High Performance

Identifying the values that guide choices, behaviors, and mindset. This lays the foundation for consistent motivation, focus, and growth.

Session 2: Vision and Visualization

Creating a clear picture of what success means for you and understanding what matters most to guide your choices and effort. Starting the conversation about mental imagery and visualization.

Session 3: Performance Presence

Connecting presence to values and identifying how you want to show up in different scenarios. Practicing this presence builds confidence and consistency in performance.

Session 4: Self-Talk 1

Bringing awareness to what we say to ourselves in both meaningful and everyday moments.

Session 5: Self-Talk 2

Reframing how we relate to our inner narrative and reshaping what we say to ourselves in high-pressure moments.

Session 6: Confidence, Imagery, and Acknowledging Wins

Using imagery and mental practice to build confidence, focus, and peak performance. Understanding that success is multifaceted and learning the value of recognizing both big and small wins.

Session 7: Performance Debrief & Celebration

Learning how to effectively debrief experiences, performance, and high-pressure moments to build confidence, reinforce growth, and move forward with greater clarity and intention. This session introduces a practical debriefing framework designed to support long-term development and performance.

7 sessions meeting every other Tuesday from 7pm to 8:15pm ET. Check your calendar! Live participation is highly encouraged, though replays will be provided for those who cannot attend.

Get to know Cara

Cara Stawicki is a World Champion rower and ICF-Certified Coach with more than 20 years of competitive rowing experience. She has competed in multiple World Rowing Championships and earned national team selections, giving her firsthand insight into what it takes to perform at the highest level.

Today, as a performance coach and founder of Be Brave High Performance, she brings that expertise to high-striving athletes and leaders who know the power of purpose, commitment, and continuous learning.

Known for a heart-centered and action-oriented style, Cara tailors mindset, leadership, and mental skills development to individual goals, enabling confidence and personal fulfillment in both high-pressure moments and everyday settings. 

Her approach blends evidence-based coaching techniques with deep athletic insight, helping clients overcome self-doubt, sharpen focus, and sustain motivation.

Cara has completed advanced PCC level coach training and holds a Master’s degree in Health and Human Performance. She believes that anyone can achieve what’s deepest in their heart with the right combination of clarity, courage, and support.
